Over the past two years, training with Toma of WellStreet has been nothing short of transformative. Twice a week, come rain or shine, we meet in local Hong Kong parks, where we get down to some serious work—glove to glove, with actual fighting and sparring time. The results have been amazing—I’ve lost 17kgs and, more importantly, kept it off. Toma, with his professional athlete background, has an exceptional understanding of the body, pushing me hard but always in a balanced and controlled way that makes sense. He listens to my older body, ensuring we never take unnecessary risks. Yet, he's relentless in holding me accountable—no excuses, even after a late-night 3am session watching England (my team) beat Serbia (his team)!
